Abstract submission

Researchers can participate in the 2nd HCIAS International Symposium with a presentation or, in the case of doctoral candidates in particular, a poster. The call for abstracts is open until June 30, 2025. Registration will be open from July 14 to September 30, 2025. 

Guidelines for the submission of abstracts for a presentation or a poster

• To submit your abstract please complete the submission form and return it to hcias-symposium@uni-heidelberg.de by June 30, 2025. Participants whose submissions have been accepted will be notified by July 14, 2025.
• Abstracts should not exceed 500 words, including any bibliographic references.
• Any bibliographic references should be in APA format.
• The proposal should summarize your presentation or poster, including the theoretical framework, objectives, rationale, methodology, and, if applicable, results.
• Bear in mind that the final presentation should last no more than 15 minutes.
